R.E. Bim and Doris Sturgeon founded the Porcupine Art Club on September 26, 1947. This year marks the club’s 75th anniversary. Club members hope to host some related activities in the warmer months. In December of 2022, the Porcupine Art Club will be holding its 75th Anniversary show at the Timmins Museum: National Exhibition Centre. The theme voted on by members is “Honouring the Past”.
