Annual General Meeting and Elections via Zoom: September 10th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

The Porcupine Art Club’s Annual General Meeting and Biennial Election will be held on Thursday September 07, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. In keeping with the physical distance recommendations for Covid-19, this meeting will be held live online via Zoom. Since the PAC Clubhouse is not equipped with wi-fi, no members will be at the clubhouse – the link will be emailed from the President with details.

In addition to our biennial election of the PAC Executive and directors (where applicable), we will be reviewing executive position descriptions/responsibilities, and voting on updates to the bylaws, which will be filed formally with our Annual Incorporation renewal.

Membership Renewal: Annual membership renewal ($50.00) is due before the December, 2020 meeting. Cash or cheques may be left at the clubhouse. If an alternative arrangement needs to be made, please email our President/Treasurer. At this time, PAC is not set up to receive payments by e-transfer.
