Music and Painting in Bannerman Park Tonight! (6:00 p.m. to 9:00p.m.)

Thursday August 10, 2017: Join in with members of the Porcupine Art Club as they paint panels to live music during the Summer Concert Series in Bannerman Park, Porcupine. (Far end past the bridge, by the new gazebo.) Painting is FREE – just pick up a brush!

The City of Timmins Summer Concert Series is free to attend; however the donation of a non-perishable food item would be appreciated greatly. (Designated trucks and Concert Series staff/volunteers will be present to accept your donations – the food drive is independent of the Porcupine Art Club.)

Thursday’s Workshop (April 06, 2017): Getting Ready for the Miniature Show

For those artists that are entering the Black Spruce Gallery’s juried miniature show, now is your chance to show your work to your peers and have it critiqued before the entries are due on April 20th, 2017. This also a chance to be inspired if you are having a moment of “painter’s block”. The workhshop will take place at 7pm at the clubhouse in Roy Nicholson Park (intersection of Pine St. North and Eighth Avenue, Timmins). Note: This show is open to area artists and photographers, regardless of whether they belong to a club or not.
