The Porcupine Art Club’s September Annual General Meeting takes place on Thursday September 13, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the clubhouse in Roy Nicholson Park. (Intersection of Pine Street North and Eighth Avenue, Timmins.)

This meeting is also our Biennial Election for the Club’s Executive for 2018-2020. The following positions are open for nominations and voting:

• President*
• Vice-President
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Webmaster(s)
• Directors

* Generally the Vice-President takes over the position of Club President; however, if he/she declines, or there is another nomination, then there will be a vote for President.

If you are a member of the public interested in the joining the club, and are over eighteen, you are welcome to attend this meeting to learn more about us.
